We will again be using Google forms to complete this year’s membership registration. The link below will take you to an electronic version of our membership form. We need all members, including current collegiate members and coaches of record from other clubs, to complete the form so that we have current contact information and waivers for this season. At the end of the main form is a link to the waivers that need to be completed with an electronic signature. Families with multiple skaters should complete one registration form and one waiver form with everyone’s signatures in the same form.

THANK YOU to our volunteers for stepping up and filling those slots. Below are a list of volunteers. If you are unsure what your role entails, email me and I will give you a rundown.
All volunteers, please pick a name tag up from the ticket table on the West end of the building. This is how we will track volunteer attendance. If your partner hasn’t shown up, please let a board member know and we will help you out.

SPAM Email Reminder
Each year we deal with SPAM emails sent to various club members. They look like they are from me, but they are not from my personal email account. Our club account, nor my personal account, have not been hacked.
Often these emails ask for you to contact me, that it is urgent. They sometimes request you purchase gift cards for a donation or reward.
I WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO DO THIS.
Continue reading “SPAM Email Reminder”Reminder: Cancellation Policy
I just wanted to send a reminder that our club does NOT follow the cancellation policy of the school district. This means if school is cancelled or after school activities are cancelled by the district, that does not apply to our evening package ice. If you are not comfortable coming in for a package, certainly stay home. If you are scheduled to rink monitor, you will need to find a replacement. Package Ice will run, as scheduled, unless the rink decides to close. We will update any cancellations via email and facebook.
If your skater chooses to miss the package, no refunds will be given. If the rink closes, you will receive a credit for that ice time.
Thank you,
CIFSC board

Package Ice: Use CAUTION!, Time Correction & Reminders
The rink staff wants to remind everyone that when the weather is warm, the heat that comes in from the entrance doors creates condensation drips from the ceiling. The staff will do their best to minimize the impact of the drips, but skaters should be cautious on that end of the rink on warm days. Fixing this issue is part of the ongoing updates to the Willett.
There was a misprint on the Rink Monitor Schedule. Wednesday’s package will run from 6:00-7:00.
