The invoices for the 1st half of package ice will be coming out today. Please check your email.
A couple of things to note:
- If you pay via card, your receipt will show a Madison, WI address for the club. We are aware of this and working on getting it updated.
- Remember that if paying by cash or check, the amount due is less the 3% processing fee. That total is in the note section of your invoice.
- Cash or check payments should be placed in the drop box at the Willett. If you are unable to get to the drop box for any reason, please contact Sam (skizewski@gmail.com) or myself (tmmifletcher@gmail.com) for alternative method.
- A $50 late fee will be applied to any account where payment is received after the due date.
