Summer Ice Coordinator
Volunteer will work with Trisha Hudack for training
- Reserves ice at Ice Hawks from April-August
- Coordinates Registration
- Communicates registration with treasurer for billing
- Creates packages
- Communicates packages with rink monitor for scheduling

Ice Show Props
Volunteer(s) will work with Melissa Fletcher for training
- Work with show director on theme and props
- Create props- coordinate volunteers to assist as needed
- Work with the rink on placement of props

- Work with videographer on prices and services available
- Coordinate sales
- Communicate sales with treasurer for billing
- Pick-up DVDs when ready

- Collect senior questionnaires and pictures
- Collect skater ads
- Communicate ad purchases with treasurer for billing

- Write thank-you cards to sponsoring businesses
