The Stevens Point High School Figure Skating Team is a co-op of multiple area high schools and home-schooled students. - August 22 6:00 p.m. at the KB Willett Ice Arena – Mandatory Membership meeting. Members in attendance will receive their package ice sign up form via email after the meeting. Those not in attendance will receive their package sign-up 24 hours after the meeting. Skaters should attend this meeting with at least one parent/guardian. Remember that packages are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
- September 11 is the projected first night of package ice.
- October 9 is the first day members can begin selling Butter Braids. Order forms will be available at the membership meeting. This is an optional, individual fundraiser.
- October 23 Butter Braid order forms and money due
- November 3 5:00 p.m. is Butter Braid Pick-up at the Willett
- November 13 (time TBD) Ice Show Tryouts
- December 10 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Test Session and Red Panthers High School Competition at the Willett
- January 2 6:00 p.m. Dress Exhibition at the Willett
- February 25 10:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. Ice Show Pictures at the Willett
- April 1 & 2 2023 Ice Show

Package ice times and locations will look different for the upcoming season due to the UW-Stevens Point women’s hockey team relocating to K.B. Willett for the upcoming season. Please make sure you’re planning ahead.

2022/23 Package Interest Survey
With the recent move of the Pointer Women’s hockey team to the Willet, our club has lost its’ synchronized skating time from 4:00-5:15. We are looking for other options and are seeking member feedback on fall ice interest. Please read the options carefully and respond to EACH question, not just the packages you plan to sign up for. Packages with too few skaters may be canceled. Please complete this form for each skater you have in the club. Do not combine multiple skaters in one form.

We have been working so hard to prepare for our Test Session and High School Competition set for tomorrow at the Willet.
Our plan is to move ahead with the event, as planned, as long as our judges are able to get here. We have three flying in this evening and one driving. I will update you as soon as we confirm they have arrived. Since the club is running this event, we are not affected by the school district cancelling activities for today and tomorrow.
Reminders- masks are required. Please help us set a good example. Concessions will be available. Locker rooms will NOT be open, please dress accordingly. Thank you so much to all of our volunteers. This event would not be possible without you.
I will notify the club via email and Facebook once I know more. Fingers crossed!

Test Session / Red Panther Classic: Volunteer Signup
Our annual Test Session/Red Panther Classic High School Competition is next weekend, December 11th! There are still volunteer opportunities available. In order to make this day happen, we have had to fly in three judges. We really need help getting these judges to and from the Central Wisconsin Airport on Friday and Sunday. Please consider volunteering to drive. We also have a few spots open for Results Checker, Playing Music, and Cleaning-up.

High School Team 2021/22
Our High school team is a co-op of multiple area high schools and home-schooled students. We are gearing up for our season and we’d like to know if you are interested in joining our team! In the past we have practiced on 10 Sunday nights throughout the season and participated in four competitions. The team has also traditionally participated in the end of the year ice show.
