Learn to Skate: Halloween Dress Up / Ice Show 2023 Theme

We will have a dress-up day for Halloween on Tuesday, October 25th and Saturday, October 29th. Skaters are welcome to wear a costume during class if they wish as long as it does not inhibit their skating skills or leave debris on the ice. We will also be incorporating some fun fall-themed games and activities during class time.

Fall session progress reports will be handed out after class on Nov. 1^st or 5^th. Winter session registration begins on November 5^th at noon.

Ice Show 2023 Tryouts: Sunday, Nov. 13 @ 9:00am

Mark you calendars! The ice show tryouts for the 2023 show will be held on November 13th from 9:00am-11:30am at the K.B. Willett Ice Arena.

Ice Show 2022: T-Shirt Issue / Replacement

If you ordered an ice-show t-shirt, a parent informed us this this morning that their ice show t-shirt image was ruined after running through the washer and dryer on the correct cycles. The company that the shirts were ordered from was informed, and they found an error in their curing process. The company will be replacing all the shirts in exchange for the defective shirts by Friday.

We will have a table set up by the office on Friday during Dress Rehearsal beginning at 4:15 for you to pick up the new shirts. You will need to exchange your old shirt(s) to receive the new one(s).

Ice Show 2022: Masks Not Required

US Figure Skating has just released (3/15) a revised masking/Covid-19 policy. Effective immediately, masks are no longer required at USFS sanctioned events.

We will not require masks at our ice show. If you prefer to wear a mask, please feel free to do so.

Ice Show 2022: Tickets Available Now!

Sold by University Information and Tickets

Tickets for this year’s ice show are available for sale NOW! The tickets are being sold through the UWSP ticket office. Tickets are available online, in-person at the UWSP ticket office and over the phone. Tickets will be available online until April 6th, then they will be available at the Willett office and before each performance at the door.
