2022/23 Package Interest Form: Don’t Forget!
If you haven’t already, please complete our package interest form as soon as possible. While this is not your official fall/winter package registration, we ask that you complete it as if it was. This information will guide the board in making sure we offer enough packages for our skaters, while not offering too many that the club takes a loss on the ice time. Of course you are able to change your mind once we do our official package sign-up in August.
If you are not planning to register for a package, you do not need to complete this form. We would appreciate feedback from all members – junior, collegiate, adult, and associate.
