Attached are the registration forms for EAGLE RIVER OCTOBER CAMP and test session(s). Please feel free to forward and share with your skating friends and club members.
Please note, NEW registration process:
- Complete your registration forms, (test forms not required with registration – Please CONSULT with your COACH before sending).
- Please note: Maximum lesson request is two hours PER coach PER day until scheduling is complete. Additional, “as available” lessons may be requested with registration.
- Scan and email a copy (or picture) of your completed registration form to our email address: eagleriverskatingcamps@gmail.com (this will be your priority timestamp)
- “Skaters”… due to Safe Sport… you must include your parents on ANY email you send regarding registration/testing/lessons/camp.
MAIL your originals with deposit or full payment of ice fees within 7 days to:
