The Ice Show Volunteer Sign-Up is available here. Just a reminder that there is a $50 an hour fee for any volunteer hours not completed (4 hours for one skater, 6 hours for multiple skaters). Each family, whose skater is participating, must complete one hour of time at the ice show (2 hours for multiple skaters). Ice Show picture day hours do count towards your Ice Show requirements. All hours must be completed or paid for prior to being eligible to register for any Spring/Summer ice. If no Spring/Summer ice is requested, the fee will need to be paid before your skater is eligible for package ice in the fall.
You are responsible for reporting your volunteer hours. Please send Colleen Greenwood an email with a list of when and how many hours were completed by April 10, 2022 (colgreenwo23@gmail.com)
Important Due Dates:
- Ice Show T-Shirt Orders – March 11 (these are required for any skater participating in the Opening Number)
- Show book ads – March 15 (email ad to mcbfamily4@gmail.com)
- Ice Show Video Orders – April 8
All orders must be paid for separately with exact cash or a check made out to CIFSC. Extra order forms are available at the rink and payment should be placed in the CIFSC dropbox by the due date. Late orders may not be accepted. It is also helpful if you add, in the check memo line, what the payment is for.
Please review the Skater Code of Conduct with your skater prior to the ice show. Remember that no phones or other recording devices are allowed in the locker room or staging areas. While we are closely monitoring the situation for any changes, US Figure Skating is still requiring masks at all sanctioned events. A sanctioned event is any performance open to the public. We are so excited to be able to welcome the public back to the Willet after two long years. Remember that tickets are available to purchase (email sent). While anyone is free to purchase tickets at this time, the city and the club will not publicly announce ticket sales until March 14th to allow plenty of time for our participating families to get theirs first.
