New this session, the Learn to Skate program will offer two nine week Open Freestyle opportunities.

Open Freestyle (prerequisite: Pre-Free Skate): Skaters who have passed a minimum of Pre-Free Skate are able to practice their freestyle, moves in the field, and dance skills while utilizing the whole ice surface. A staff member will be on-site to monitor skaters for safety. No instruction is given as part of the Open Free session. Private instructors are welcome to work with their skaters during this time. Private instructors must contact the Willett office before taking the ice with their skater. Skaters must register for the session. No drop-in participation is allowed.
