4th Annual Adapted Ice Skating Event: Volunteers Needed

Midstate Independent Living Choices (MILC) in partnership with the K.B. Willett Ice Arena are proud to offer the 4th annual adapted ice skating event. This is a FREE event and is open to any individual with a disability, their family and/or caregivers.

The event will be held at the K.B. Willett Ice Arena in Stevens Point from 12-2 pm on Saturday, November 9, 2024. It will be an open skate where we will have sled hockey sleds to try as well as wheelchairs and walkers to encourage individuals of all ages and abilities to get out on the ice.

Timberline FSC: Fall Camp & Test Session – Oct. 3-6, 2024

It’s that time of year for our Fall Camp & Test Session. Camp is scheduled for October 3-5 with the test session on Sunday Oct 6. We will be offering an off ice session on Thursday from 3:15-4:15 for a jumps/spins class with Coach Danielle.

Learn to Skate Helper: Get Involved!

Volunteer as a Learn to Skate Helper. Get Involved and Give Back.

Skaters in high school that are interested in volunteering as a Learn to Skate helper, or have helped in the past, should plan on attending our meeting on TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 3rd at 5:00pm at the K.B. Willett. We will be going through what it means to be a helper, responsibilities, season overview, and additional opportunities. All interested skaters must attend the meeting.
